Vijaya Sammelan held at Deganga.

Vijaya Sammelan held at Deganga.

Yesterday on 24th October at 3 pm, a grand Vijaya Sammelan held at Deganga. Venue was ‘Matri Bhavan’ near Deganga market. About 200 Hindus attended the event including ladies. Sri Chittaranjan Dey, Secretary of Hindu Samhati, Gautam Naskar, Central Committee Member of HS, Rahul Roy, and Bhuton Mali were honoured with saffron scarf by the Hindus of Deganga. These persons were arrested on 18 September at Barasat when protesting against the atrocities upon Hindus by the Muslim hoodlums. They had to spend long 26 days in Dum Dum Central Jail. Therefore the Hindus of Deganga honoured them.

Prashanta Pal, Secretary of Deganga Block Durgapuja Coordination Committee delivered welcome speech. Meeting was presided over by Paritosh Ghosal. Other speakers were Tapan Ghosh, President of Chattal Pally Samity, Chitta Ranjan Dey, Gautam Naskar. Jayanta Sadhukha conducted the programme.

Long Live Hindu Samhati

The reporting should be included with the names of other three Hindu Samhati activists like Upananda Brahmachari, Saha-savapati, Hindu samhati, Paschim Banga; Amitava Adhikary, Savapati, Uttar 24 Pargana, zilla committee and Buddhiswar Naskar, Samhati Karmi of Canning area, who were also arrested by the police on 18th Sept 2010 from "Barasat - Deganga" chalo avijan and put them also into Dumdum Jail for 26 days.

These three persons should be honored with other four persons at the time of Kali Puja in Barasat. Barasat local Hindu Samhati Committee should arrange another programme in a befitting manner.

On 18th Sept., I was present in the Barasat agitation programme. The infamous Bengal Police targeted Tapan Ghosh and Upananda Brahmachari to arrest. But tactfully, Sri Ghosh avoided the arrest.

The residents of Barasat will remember these two forceful Hindu leaders for ever. I cannot forget the speech of Upananda Maharaj and Tapan Ghosh for that memorable day in my life.

They should come again to inspire the Hindu youth of Barasat.

The present govt. has lost all the decency. It will go to any extra, unconstitutional, mile to appease ruthless Jihadists.

Their eyes are closed; they can no longer distinguish what is right from what is wrong; their sole objective is to win election.

Unless Hindus know what is happening, what can happen in future, it is impossible to unite them behind a common agenda.

Ordinary people should be told, the govt. of TM might be more horrendous.

I pray for more success for hindu samhati.
